Here is another signature custom home by Tom Garian of Seneca Construction with the striking architectural design and exquisite detail found in all of his luxury homes. Gleaming Brazilian Cherry hardwood, deep moldings, wainscoting, rope lighting, granite, and marble accentuate its fine lines. Clearly designed for gourmet enthusiast, kitchen has everything: size, terrific workspaces (large island, long counters, raised bar (four barstools can easily fit), large breakfast area, built-in desk, cookbook shelves), top-of-the-line appliances (GE Monogram dual ovens, warming drawer, and wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher, six-burner Dacor gas cook-top with downdraft, and remote blower) and, finally, a decor that completes it.
