Another room near the master bedroom on the first floor could be used as an office or bedroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Carpets are in the bedrooms. All carpet upstairs and tile in bathrooms upstairs and the laundry room downstairs was replaced. The house has lots of storage space. Underneath the house is plenty of room for cars and a storage room. Also, on the lower level is a sink where you could clean fish that you caught.
