History

This beautiful Georgian residence was originally built in 1801and was completely refurbished in the last four years to an exceptionally high standard. The property is located in an area steeped in history. Fethard is the local town that has been described as the ‘most important medieval small town in Ireland’. The impressive surrounding town walls which can still be seen today exemplify this. From Dublin take the M7 take the exit for Cork/ Abbeyleix on to the N8 continue on to the Horse and Jockey pub take the left to Ballinure. Follow the road for 4miles and go straight through the cross roads signposted Fethard. 3 miles up the road take the left turn for Moyglass. Magorban is 0.3 miles on the left and is entered through stone pillars.
